Saudi AI Lab تقدّم خدمات كتابة وتحسين السير الذاتية عبر واتساب (عربي، إنجليزي، ثنائية اللغة، ATS، خطاب تقديم، مراجعة وتقييم). السيرة تُبنى على المعلومات التي يقدّمها العميل عن نفسه؛ العميل مسؤول عن صحة واكتمال المعلومات التي يُقرّها بنفسه.
الأسعار المعروضة داخل المحادثة وقت الطلب هي المعتمدة ولا تتغيّر لاحقاً لذلك الطلب (يُثبَّت السعر لحظة الطلب). الدفع عبر رابط دفع آمن فقط (Apple Pay، مدى، STC Pay، بطاقات) بعد معاينة محمية — لا دفع قبل رؤية معاينة لعملك. لا نطلب أو نستقبل بيانات حسابات بنكية أو كلمات مرور عبر المحادثة.
قبل الدفع: تعديلات على المعاينة المحمية بسقف مرن (3 جولات) ثم تحويلك لفريق المتابعة البشري لإنهاء التفاصيل معك مباشرة — ليس رفضاً، بل ضماناً لجودة أعلى. بعد الدفع: تصحيح أي خطأ من جهتنا مجاناً خلال 5 أيام من التسليم، بالإضافة لجولة واحدة مجانية لتغيير محتوى شامل؛ أي تعديل محتوى إضافي بعد ذلك بسعر منفصل يُعرض عليك وقته.
نضمن تصحيح أو استرجاع المبلغ خلال 5 أيام من التسليم عند عدم الرضا عن جودة العمل المتفق عليها. طلبات الاسترجاع تُراجَع من فريقنا بشرياً لكل حالة على حدة ولا يقرر فيها النظام الآلي بمفرده. 📍 معايير "عدم الرضا عن الجودة" وحالات الاستثناء تحتاج صياغة قانونية أدق.
خدماتنا تتعلق بإعداد وتحسين وثيقة السيرة الذاتية فقط. لا نَعِد بالحصول على وظيفة أو مقابلة أو قبول من أي جهة، ولا نمثّل العميل أمام أي جهة توظيف. نسخة ATS مخصَّصة لتحسين فرصة القراءة الآلية فقط، بلا أي ضمان نتيجة من أي نظام فرز.
لا نكتب في السيرة أي جهة عمل أو شهادة أو مؤهل أو رقم لم يذكره العميل صراحة عن نفسه. العميل مسؤول قانونياً عن صحة أي معلومة يقرّها بنفسه ويطلب إدراجها.
بعد اكتمال الدفع، الملف النهائي (PDF/Word) ملكٌ للعميل للاستخدام الشخصي في طلبات التوظيف. تصاميم القوالب والنظام والبرومبتات ملكية فكرية لـ Saudi AI Lab.
جزء من المحادثة يُدار بمساعدة أدوات ذكاء اصطناعي تحت إشراف فريقنا؛ أي شكوى أو حالة حساسة تُحوَّل لمراجعة بشرية مباشرة.
📍 هذا البند يحتاج صياغة محامٍ مرخَّص بدقة: الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، والجهة المختصة بالفصل في أي نزاع (عادة الجهات القضائية/التجارية المختصة في السعودية) — لم تُحدَّد صياغته النهائية هنا عمداً حتى المراجعة القانونية.

Saudi AI Lab provides CV writing and improvement services over WhatsApp. The CV is built on information the customer provides about themselves; the customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information they confirm.
Prices shown in the conversation at order time are final for that order and do not change afterwards. Payment via a secure payment link only, after a protected preview — no payment before you see a preview of your work. We never request or accept bank account details or passwords in chat.
Before payment: unlimited edits on the protected preview up to a soft cap (3 rounds), after which your request is handed to our human team to finish the details with you directly. After payment: free correction of any mistake on our part within 5 days of delivery, plus one free comprehensive content revision round; further content changes have a separate price quoted at the time.
We guarantee correction or refund within 5 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the agreed quality of work. Refund requests are reviewed by our human team case by case, not decided by the automated system alone.
Our services relate solely to preparing and improving the CV document. We do not promise a job, an interview, or acceptance by any employer, and we do not represent the customer before any employer. The ATS version is designed to improve automated-screening readability only, with no guaranteed outcome from any screening system.
We will not write any employer, certificate, qualification, or figure in the CV that the customer did not explicitly state about themselves. The customer is legally responsible for the accuracy of any information they confirm and ask to include.
After full payment, the final file (PDF/Word) belongs to the customer for personal use in job applications. Template designs, the system, and prompts remain Saudi AI Lab's intellectual property.
Part of the conversation is handled with the help of AI tools under our team's supervision; any complaint or sensitive case is escalated to direct human review.
